Hamburg experienced wintry conditions in the early months of 2016, as you can see from the photograph. Also evident are the garden endeavours of our neighbours the previous summer, all of whom had young children. The small palatial structure in the right-most garden is the home of two pet rabbits!
Naturally, garden activities would be somewhat limited until the weathr improved, but there are always plenty of other things to do in Hamburg. Gatti was at work most weekdays, but I had plenty of projects of my own to work on, as well as being responsible for keeping two naughty cats in line!
