In June 2016 we celebrated Gatt's 50th birthday in style. We hired the clubhouse of Kleingarten-Verein Wandsbek-Gartenstadt for the evening, which was mad possible by our friends Angela and Michi, who had a garden there and were members. We also had a catering company to do the food, while another firm supplied the drinks.
Amongst those invited were a number of friends and neighbours, some of Gatti's work colleagues, and Gatti's brother Detlef and his family. The theme of the party was 50s rock and roll, and almost everbody was dressed accordingly.
